Adam Sheppard joined Barry D. Sheppard & Associates, P.C. as an attorney in 2005. Prior thereto Mr. Sheppard gained extensive trial experience with the Cook County Public Defender’s Office where he was honored to be the recipient of the Jack Carey Merit Award Scholarship. Adam Sheppard also received Merit Award Scholarships to Chicago-Kent College of Law, DePaul University College of Law, John Marshall Law School, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association Merit Award Scholarship, the CALI Award for excellence in the area of Futures-Commodities Regulations, and Finalist in the Charles Evans Hughes Oral Advocacy Competition.
Adam Sheppard’s written work on criminal appeals, post-conviction matters, as well as in administrative review and other civil causes has been a valuable asset to this firm.
